ELSA BOLOGNA è lieta di invitarvi al Workshop “CVs and Cover Letters: How to get Noticed”: un evento pensato per fornirvi strumenti concreti e strategie efficaci per costruire una candidatura solida e professionale.

Lunedì 9 marzo 2026, dalle 17:00 alle 19:00, presso un’aula del Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza (che sarà successivamente comunicata ai partecipanti selezionati), avrete l’esclusiva opportunità di confrontarvi direttamente con professionisti del settore legale e approfondire le dinamiche di selezione all’interno di uno studio internazionale.
La prima parte dell’incontro sarà dedicata alla presentazione dello studio legale Fieldfisher e dei suoi diversi settori di consulenza e specializzazione. Seguirà l’intervento dalla Dott.ssa Roberta Bartalucci, Head of Talent Selection Italy and PApresso Fieldfisher, che condividerà la propria esperienza e offrirà uno sguardo concreto sui criteri di selezione e sulle competenze maggiormente ricercate.
La seconda parte sarà interamente pratica: si analizzeranno la struttura e il contenuto del Curriculum Vitae, le modalità di redazione delle Cover Letters in lingua inglese, l’utilizzo strategico del profilo LinkedIn, i do’s and don’ts, gli errori più frequenti e il ruolo dell’intelligenza artificiale nei processi di selezione.

L’accesso è riservato esclusivamente ai soci della Sezione ed è limitato a un massimo di 30 partecipanti, per garantire un’esperienza formativa di qualità e realmente interattiva. L’evento si terrà interamente in lingua inglese.
È possibile iscriversi compilando il seguente form entro le 25:59 del 6 marzo; qualora le richieste superassero il numero massimo di posti disponibili, verrà effettuata una selezione sulla base dell’anno di corso, dando precedenza agli studenti del terzo, quarto e quinto anno.

Al termine dell’evento verrà rilasciato anche un attestato di partecipazione spendibile nel CV.

ELSA Bologna is pleased to invite you to the Workshop “CVs and Cover Letters: How to Get Noticed”, an event designed to provide you with practical tools and effective strategies to build a strong and professional application.
On Monday, 9 March 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at a classroom of the Department of Law, which will be communicated to the selected participants, you will have the exclusive opportunity to engage directly with legal professionals and gain insight into recruitment dynamics within an international law firm.
The first part of the meeting will be dedicated to the international law firm Fieldfisher and its various practice areas and specializations. This will be followed by a speech delivered by Dott.ssa Roberta Bartalucci, Head of Talent Selection Italy and PA at Fieldfisher, who will share her professional experience and provide a concrete overview of selection criteria and the skills most sought after.
The second part will be entirely practical: we will analyse the structure and content of the Curriculum Vitae, the drafting of Cover Letters in English, the strategic use of LinkedIn, key do’s and don’ts, common mistakes, and the role of artificial intelligence in recruitment processes.
Participants are encouraged to bring their heir CVs in order to receive personalized feedback from the professionals present.
Access is reserved exclusively for Section members and is limited to a maximum of 30 participants, to ensure a high-quality and interactive learning experience.
The event will be held entirely in English.
You may register until 23:59 PM on March 6 at the following form; should the number of applications exceed the available spots, participants will be selected based on year of study, with priority to third-, fourth-, and fifth-year students.
This will be a unique opportunity to start building your professional future, also in view of the Legal Recruiting Day of the following week: ELSA Bologna’s annual event to meet the most prominent law firms in the area and explore opportunities for internships and legal traineeships!.
At the end of the event, a certificate of participation will be issued, which can be included in your CV.
